The project plans to show the importance of the application of Emotional Intelligence tools, skills and strategies for HR department, HR trainers and workers or lowed skills adults looking for secure and recognition in the labor market. Given the drastic changes currently facing the economy and training worldwide, our project aims to be the key to improving processes
around these fields and objectives.
Objectives…
Network
Build a solid network association of 6 organizations participating in 6 European countries and with an outreach to all European countries to promote the knowledge and development of Strategies in TRAINING AND MENTORING FOR trainers and HR.
Talent
Provide the members of the HHRR departments with THE NECESSARY COMPETENCES FOR THE MOTIVATION AND RETENTION OF TALENT and the employees with THE CAPACITY FOR SELF MOTIVATION, SELF-LEADERSHIP and
TOOLS FOR EMOTIONAL SELF-MANAGEMENT.
Training & Retaining
Developing the capacity of training and retaining companies by increasing the benefits offered by the training and continuous motivation of employees and the creation of synergies with companies in other sectors to achieve conciliation, which stands out as one of the key political objectives for the EU and the fight against unemployment.
Skills
Development of a manual of skills and tools for the coaches and trainers in charge of HR training V. Establish a training program that accompanies end users in the implementation and use of the training skills and training plans acquired.
About the project
Boost Train& Retain project will develop a training system applicable to most situations faced by HR leaders, managers and workers, with the intention of contributing to the improvement and strengthening of the local and national economy, especially in small companies, which represent 90% of the productive sector in the EU (Eurostat).
In addition, the project represents an interesting challenge considering the differences and cultural coincidences in emotion management, consequences & solutions.
